TASKS
Your core tasks
- Expert slaughtering and cutting of poultry
- Further processing into cuts, sausages and processed products
- Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards (HACCP, Bioland)
- Careful, respectful handling of animal and product
- Support with order picking and stock care
PROFILE
What sets you apart
- Training as a butcher (m/f/d) or relevant experience in slaughtering, cutting or meat processing
- Craftsmanship and a good eye for quality
- Hygiene awareness, reliability and team spirit
- Physical resilience and a love of the craft
